{Key West}

Our last port in the western Caribbean was Key West, Florida!

For this stop we decided to let the Cal man venture off the ship with us.  We figured the hop on hop off Conch Train tour would be just his speed.  It did not disappoint!

Here we are just off the ship and ready to begin the days adventures in sunny Florida!

Calvin was quite pleased with his big boy sun glasses.  He was also thrilled to ride on the "choo choo"

Cute little Mallory Square - this is where our tour began!

As usual I like the cute little island style houses.  Someday it would be fun to live in a home like this one!

These bright flowers were all over and one of my favorite parts of Key West :)

Calvin feeling a little weird to be driving but not strapped in a car seat... he loved it!

This is a marker for the Southern most point in the United States (although, the Big Island of Hawaii claims to have the southern most point of the United States... I'm not sure which is true..)

The deep water ports in key west make it a great place for a US naval station.

Lighthouses - I love them 💗

The home of Ernest Hemingway

Highway 1 begins!

This little house with the lavender shutters was my favorite of all!  Isn't it so cute!?!

After two hours of driving around in the sun we were ready to go back to our relaxing cruise ship

BUT FIRST Calvin had to run across this grate for 20 minutes or so.  I don't know why this boy is so obsessed with these,  but they are one of his favorite things!

Key West was a great adventure!
